Alcan Dental Cooperative has supported dental practices in growing and scaling through strong operational principles. As the network expanded across multiple locations, training and maintaining consistent front-desk performance became increasingly complex.
To solve this, Alcan Dental envisioned Edustack — a performance management and learning platform purpose-built to train, evaluate, and continuously improve dental front-office teams using AI-driven simulations and insights.

Instead of locking scope upfront, the platform was delivered in phases aligned with product evolution and real usage. We reviewed anonymized patient calls, training flows, and evaluation criteria to design AI roleplay scenarios and scoring logic that mirrored real clinical environments.
Regular stakeholder sessions ensured continuous refinement of competencies, benchmarks, and feedback mechanisms — balancing experimentation with platform stability.
